Terms And Conditions Of Use Product Descriptions Photographs on our Web site are provided to assist you in identifying the pieces you require. We endevour to ensure that the digital representations are as accurate as possible, but please be aware that some variation may exist between the colour displayed on your monitor and the actual colour of the item in question. Formation of Contract The contract is created upon delivery of the goods. All contracts to supply are made under Scottish, British and European law. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Prior to our acceptance of an order, we may need to verify relevant information. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation, for any reason. We also reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification. We pride ourselves in the service we provide, however, we are human and it is possible that errors exist in our online database. Quotations given are in good faith but are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply goods for which we have received payment, will will inform you of this and provide you with a full and prompt refund. In the event that goods are advertised at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, regardless of whether you have recived an order confirmation email, and whether your payment has been received. In such an event we shall of course provide you with full and prompt refund. Pricing and Payment On our Web site, all prices are in Pounds Sterling. Your credit card company will convert our Pounds Sterling charge into your home currency on your credit card statement. This price may vary slightly from the advertised Euro price due to exchange rate fluctuations. Our exchange rates are updated daily to minimise such variations. Therefore, all prices quoted in currencies other than Pounds Sterling are subject to confirmation. Full payment is required prior to dispatch. We accept the following Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. or cheques drawn on a U.K. bank. Cheques must be made payable to ADS Shop. For orders paid for by PayPal or by UK cheque, if payment is not received within on calendar month the order will be cancelled. Delivery Orders are usually shipped within one working day of our receiving payment. You should expect delivery in 3 to 7 working days. Orders received before 12 noon generally get processed the same day. All goods will be delivered within the statutory performance period of 30 days (from the date of payment). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their supplied address details are correct at time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error. All packages are safely wrapped with appropriate packing materials. In the unlikely event of breakages in shipping, please notify us within 48 hours. If we are not notified within 48hours by email, (where we will reply within 24 hours for damaged goods) we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement. We will supply replacements free of charge once we have the item back, or- if we are unable to replace the items- a full refund to the value of the damaged item(s). Cancellations You may cancel your order prior to shipment or within 7 working days of delivery. (Working days exclude weekends and public holidays). Notification of cancellation must be in written form (by email), notification by telephone is not sufficient. (This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000). Notification of cancellation may be sent via email, we are an internet based company and our correspondance to keep costs down for our customers is by email. We will respond within 72 hours and give you a RMA number and an address for your return, this depends on the item you purchased. If you choose to cancel your order, the goods must be returned to ADS Shop, you MUST obtain email confirmation, and you MUST have an RMA number on your items. Returned goods must be suitably packed to help ensure their safe return - we request that the original packing materials are used for this purpose. Where goods are returned you, the buyer is liable for the return shipping costs. We ask that the goods are returned within 14 days, if the goods are not returned within 14 days we may not be able to accept a returned item or refund. Any disputes, we will try our best to resolve any issues Return item procedure. 1. Email us your request. 2. Post the item out within 48 hours back to us with your clear name and address and RMA number on the outside of the product to the address given. 3. We will inspect the item, faults will be repair or replaced, unwanted items will be refunded providing the item is still 'as new' including all packaging, parts and manuals, and returned within 14 days. 30 days trial If you chose to go over the standard 14days returns period, we will accept a return up to 30days which will incur one months rental fee of £35.00. The same returns policy applies for a RMA etc. Any damaged goods will be photographed and returned without a refund. If a customer choses to use the 30days return policy acceptance there will also be postage charge which will be in our costs and any credit card charges from the sale from taking the customers payment from his or her credit card, these costs from sending an product out we will require to recoup them from deducting this cost from any refund. We hope our customers understand we need to cover our costs from the returned product.
