Product Returns We offer a 30 day return policy on the GoLites, no hassel, no problems. Just let us know if you wish to return it, and send it back Special Delivery (as it carries £500.00 Insurance). ITS THAT EASY! All other products, are non refundable except if broken on collection. If there is a free promotion on with the golites and you return the golite there will be a charge for the cost of the product, eg £13.50 for the VegEPA For the Golite, you will have had a result if used properly before the 30days are up, therefore if you have not had a good result with the Golite with 30days you may send it back. However if a product has been damaged by the customer there will be a charge for the return. We accept slightly damaged packaging that is expected. Badly damaged packaging, eg, ripped, items missing scratches on the golite, there will be a charge. We do not give refunds on postage or any costs incurred on returning a product. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred. Please send us an email about the product you are unhappy with and return it to our returns dept, IT MUST BE SENT SPECIAL DELIVERY AS THIS CARRIES £500.00 INSURANCE.
